Our S1 Technology web-site will serve as an on-line home diary for homeowners. All data related to repair, remodeling projects, upgrades, and maintenance history can be stored and archived in the system.

Four Service Solutions

Courtesy Move-In Service - Moving is a difficult time. There are a myriad of details that often are neglected or relegated to the bottom of the list during the hustle and bustle of the move.  You now can offer some peace at the stressful time for your customers by having SiteOne provide a handyman visit on your behalf to help will all of those items that are just tough to get to. 

30-Day Home Review - A home review will be done with the homeowner at or around the 30 day anniversary time period after move-in. The completed punch list items identified by the homeowner during their orientation will be reviewed and any questions the homeowner may have will be addressed at the 30 Day Home Review.  If any new items are identified by the homeowner they will either be immediately addressed by the SiteOne Technician, entered into S1 Technology as a warranty item.   

End of Warranty Maintenance Visit - A home, like an automobile, requires care and attention from day one. General homeowner maintenance is essential to providing a quality home for a lifetime. To that end SiteOne provides a Maintenance Program customized for each project at the end of the warranty period. A detailed review of home maintenance requirements with the homeowner and a review of SiteOne service offerings to help perform those same requirements take place. A message of transition from warranty to maintenance is communicated. 

Extended Warranty - Our home warranty contracts, through our partner, provides coverage for the repair or replacement of residential major systems and appliances such as air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, built-in kitchen appliances, pool, and spa equipment. So you can offer your customers the safety of knowing that these items are covered through four years of home ownership, a true differentiator from the competition and fully customizable!
